The Opportunity
You will serve as a key installation specialist delivering high-performance residential comfort systems across our local community. This role gives you the opportunity to take ownership of top-quality replacements and new construction projects alongside a collaborative team. As our field operations continue to scale, you will have a clear pathway to advance into a lead installer position.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Execute complete replacements of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
- Fabricate and adapt on-site ductwork transitions, line sets, and venting systems to ensure code-compliant installations.
- Complete accurate low-voltage wiring, high-voltage electrical terminations, and gas line hookups according to manufacturer specifications.
- Protect customer living spaces during every project and leave every home cleaner than you found it.
- Conduct comprehensive system startups, verify proper operating pressures, and walk homeowners through their new equipment controls.
- Assist with rough-in and trim-out phases on residential new construction job sites as business needs require.
- Communicate job site obstacles and system discrepancies early to maintain top installation standards and project timelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation and equipment replacement experience.
- Active EPA 608 certification.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that qualifies for commercial vehicle insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to run refrigerant lines, fabricate sheet metal transitions, and connect gas lines safely.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, job site cleanliness, and professional customer communication.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- OSHA 10 safety certification.
- Active NATE installation or service certification.
- Experience installing and commissioning multi-stage heat pump systems and inverter-driven equipment.
- Prior experience mentoring apprentices or taking the lead on complex residential retrofit jobs.
