The Opportunity
You will serve as a lead on-site field leader driving the safe and timely construction of commercial solar installations across Maryland.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead daily on-site field operations and coordinate crew work plans to ensure high-quality commercial solar installations.
- Direct the installation of electrical systems, including underground cabling, DC collection systems, and mod-to-mod wiring.
- Enforce strict jobsite safety and quality control standards in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate access, staging, and scheduling with discipline subcontractors to optimize field workflow and prevent delays.
- Track daily time, materials, and equipment allocations while maintaining organized laydown areas and inventory control.
- Ensure all electrical work satisfies National Electrical Code (NEC) specifications and passes all required municipal inspections.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction supervision experience.
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and an active driver's license.
- Proven leadership capabilities directing field crews, subcontractors, and site resources.
- Solid working knowledge of NEC standards, local electrical codes, and OSHA safety compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, engineering plans, and manufacturer technical specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably from elevated environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Active Journeyman Electrician license.
- Hands-on background with commercial PV systems, 600V/1000V DC collection systems, and three-phase power.
- Prior field experience leading commercial solar installations in Maryland.
