The Opportunity
You will serve as a premier field leader orchestrating multiple residential roofing projects across North County San Diego.
This hands-on leadership role gives you the autonomy to direct active crews, resolve jobsite challenges proactively, and represent our quality standard directly to homeowners.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Supervise and coordinate 6 to 8 active residential roofing jobs and their crews simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery.
- Guide and mentor field crews on installation techniques across asphalt shingle, tile, and low-slope roof assemblies.
- Serve as the dedicated, reassuring primary point of contact for homeowners throughout active tear-off and reroofing phases.
- Conduct on-site inspections, document underlying deck conditions, and coordinate necessary change orders with the office team.
- Align material staged quantities, vendor drop schedules, and trade subcontractor tasks to prevent production delays.
- Enforce rigorous OSHA and company safety protocols on every jobsite to maintain zero-incident working conditions.
- Partner closely with scheduling and production coordinators to ensure jobs finish on schedule and within budget parameters.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience running 5 or more residential reroof jobs and their crews at the same time.
- Deep technical expertise in residential roofing systems, including asphalt shingle, concrete tile, clay tile, and low-slope flat roofs.
- Strong sound judgment with demonstrated ability to make autonomous, proactive decisions directly in the field.
- Professional bilingual communication skills with fluency in English and strong conversational proficiency in Spanish.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, access multi-story rooftops, and navigate active residential construction sites safely.
- Valid driver's license alongside a clean driving record eligible for company vehicle insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience overseeing commercial roof coatings, modified bitumen, or HOA community reroofing projects.
- Familiarity with elite manufacturer warranty standards such as GAF Master Elite, Owens Corning Platinum, or CertainTeed ShingleMaster.
- Working knowledge of digital mobile field reporting software and digital photographic documentation tools.
