The Opportunity
Facility Innovations Group is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support commercial electrical and solar construction projects throughout the Phoenix, Arizona area.
In this hands-on role, you'll perform electrical installations, work with power distribution systems, install conduit, and complete equipment terminations while ensuring all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
You'll also have the opportunity to guide apprentices, contribute to high-quality installations, and play an important role in delivering safe and successful construction projects.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Install, terminate, and test electrical systems according to project plans, specifications, and NEC requirements.
- Perform conduit installation, power distribution work, wiring, and electrical equipment terminations.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, construction plans, and single-line diagrams.
- Lead assigned electrical installation tasks and provide guidance to apprentices.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment while following company safety procedures.
- Document completed work and assist with electrical inspections.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Foreman and field teams to maintain quality and project progress.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Active Journeyman Electrician license.
- Experience in commercial electrical or solar installation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and single-line diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical installation practices, NEC requirements, and jobsite safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and support apprentice development.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Compensation & Benefits
- $36–$38 per hour, based on experience.
