The Opportunity
You will serve as the organizational backbone of Full Coverage Painting and Flooring, driving operational efficiency across our residential restoration and specialty projects. This role empowers you with the freedom to make key business decisions, build scalable office systems from the ground up, and

How You Will Make an Impact
- Design, implement, and maintain structured office procedures and workflows to elevate overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate administrative functions across departments to support active residential painting, flooring, and restoration jobs.
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication between field personnel, residential clients, vendors, and management.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and operational documentation to guarantee seamless project delivery.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and execute targeted solutions to keep internal systems running smoothly.
- Champion the company culture by fostering an environment centered on accountability, learning, and proactive problem-solving.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of managing an office environment and successfully building sustainable operational systems.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with an aptitude for multitasking and prioritizing high-impact assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and make effective operational decisions autonomously.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally up to 10% of working hours as required by operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of prior office management or administrative leadership experience.
- Prior experience working within the residential construction, restoration, painting, or specialty trades industries.
