  • Drive project planning activities including study management plans, vendor oversight, milestone tracking, and execution of deliverables across global sites and partners.
  • Manage financial aspects of assigned studies including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and tracking of out-of-scope activities, ensuring financial performance and accuracy.
  • Support business development and RFP processes by contributing strategic insights, preparing bid defense materials, and representing project management in client and internal discussions.
  • Lead stakeholder communication across internal departments and external sponsors, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making across all project phases.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, contributing to SOP development, process improvements, and organizational best practices.

  • Strong understanding of clinical systems such as eTMF and CTMS, along with financial management, forecasting, and study governance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, oversee project risks, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with sponsors, internal leadership, and global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience contributing to RFPs, bid defenses, and strategic study planning, with prior mentoring or team leadership exposure preferred.
Benefits
