Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Director of Enterprise Data Platforms to join our team! The Director, Enterprise Data Platforms performs strategic leadership and oversight of data management staff and the organization's database systems and data warehouse platforms. This role applies advanced knowledge of enterprise technology strategy and operations to direct performance, security, and scalability of enterprise data environments that support organizational strategy.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Lead and direct senior information technology leadership, including directors and managers, with accountability for performance, development, and succession planning.
  • Establish strategic roadmap for database and data warehouse services aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Establish governance structures, policies, and standards for data management and architecture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align data initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee administration of enterprise databases.

  • Typical working hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; flexible work schedules available for some positions with management approval.
  • Work-from-home options available for most positions

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in database administration, data warehousing, or data engineering.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must reside within United States.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Communications, Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines.
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Communications, Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines.
  • Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer), or equivalent certifications will be accepted.
