Source and screen qualified talent for open roles with clients
Leverage socials, database searches and professional relationships to build pipeline
Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress in ATS
Establish and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Access support and training
Leverage technology to support a successful desk- Big Biller, LinkedIn, Microsoft Suites
Autonomy to work nationwide, any time zone
Qualification
2+ years in Financial Services
Ethical
