Main Responsibilities
Within the sub-direction of finance and operational support (SDFSO), the "coordination and synthesis" (MCS) mission is responsible for the coordination of missions and cross-functional tasks of the sub-direction and carriesout the synthesis and restitution of the performance aspect of its activities, in close liaison with the budget offices.It comprises three poles: coordination of budgetary work, performance, and general coordination.
In this capacity, the management control officer will have the following main duties: to collaborate in the preparation of the draft finance law for the program and the annexed documents (participation in the writing of PAP, RAP, DPT, responses to parliamentary questions, territorial sheets); to design and produce the tools for the management and evaluation of performance adapted to the operational and strategic issues of the national police program "P176" (activity indicators, dashboards, key figures, analysis reference); to conduct targeted studies to assist decision-making and cost analysis, if necessary in conjunction with the budget offices of the sub-direction; to animate the network of management controllers of the national police, as well as the contributor networks (organization of a system for the exchange of information, mobilization of synergies, awareness of the issues of management control, implementation of operating procedures, preparation of annual seminars); to contribute to the preparation and follow-up of management dialogues with police services; to coordinate the drafting of the program "176" responses to requests from cabinets, the Court of Auditors (notably budget execution note) and different inspections (IGA, IGPN).
As a member of the MCS, the management control officer may occasionally be required to provide reinforcement on the general coordination part.He/she will also be required, as needed, to follow all the themes addressed by the mission.

The sub-direction of finance and operational support (SDFSO) is responsible for the financial function for the national police perimeter, anticipates and analyzes any evolution in the financial field.It leads the preparation, programming, execution, and monitoring of the budget and staff of the program.It ensures the entire budgetary synthesis, the monitoring of objectives and performance indicators of the national police program.In the field of budget and finance, the SDFSO coordinates the actors of the national police and leads the structures of the national police.
In the context of the reform of the national police, it designs and leads the implementation of new budgetary processes.
