Provide technical support and solutions for clients using the API SDK.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions.
Assist in the deployment and integration of software solutions for clients.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
Conduct training sessions for clients on new features and functionalities.
Monitor system performance and provide proactive support to ensure uptime.
Ideal Candidate Background
3-8 years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
Proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React for troubleshooting and integration tasks.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and REST API principles.
Experience with Langchain or similar technologies in a B2B environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
Knowledge of HR, ATS, or Payroll systems and their integration challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $70K, with equity grants offered in addition to the base salary. This company also provides a referral reward program, enhancing the overall compensation package.
