About the Role

Earn $1,500-$1,600 per week hauling steel and coils on consistent flatbed routes. Drivers average 2,800 miles per week, are home every weekend, and earn 27% of load revenue with no forced dispatch.

Pay & Home Time

  • 40-50% tarped loads
  • Assigned Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680

  • No forced dispatch

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • $2,000 after 1 year
  • Medical, dental, PTO, and 401(k) with match

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL and minimum age 21
  • 1+ year of verifiable OTR experience within the last 5 years
  • 6+ months of flatbed experience hauling steel, coils, or pipes
  • No SAP, failed or refused DOT drug tests, or safety-related terminations
  • Must pass DOT physical and urine drug screening
  • No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 1 major violation
  • No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years for sign-on bonus eligibility
