About the Role
SAP Vistex Consultant
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Vistex Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for Vistex solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vistex modules and a strong understanding of pricing, rebates, and chargebacks in a business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Vistex applications including Pricing, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Royalties
Troubleshoot and resolve Vistex-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolution
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
Perform configuration changes, testing, and validation in Vistex modules
Support month-end and year-end close activities related to Vistex processes
Document issues, resolutions, and process changes for knowledge base management
Coordinate with Vistex vendor support when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Vistex support or implementation
Strong knowledge of Vistex modules — IP (Incentives & Paybacks), Pricing, Chargebacks, and Rebates
Experience with SAP SD, MM, or FI integration with Vistex
Good understanding of SAP configuration and master data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
