Who you are: - 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance transformation, or enterprise technology implementations
- Proven experience with platforms such as DealCloud, Workiva, Treasury Management Systems, EPM tools (e.g., Pigment), and complex system integrations
- Strong background in multi-entity environments; healthcare or services industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption in high-growth or M&A-driven organizations
- Work authorization: No current or future sponsorship available
What you'll do: - Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of finance systems across M&A, SEC reporting, treasury, and financial operations
- Own key platforms (DealCloud, Workiva, TMS, Pigment), including implementations, integrations, optimization, and ongoing administration
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve decision-making
- Drive system scalability, automation, and compliance, ensuring audit readiness and strong internal controls across a multi-entity structure
