Assistant Director of Operations (non-Degree) FLSA: Exempt Reports To: Director of Operations Physical Requirements: Bending, pulling, lifting, standing, sitting, walking etc. Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. M-F 8a-4:30p; Additional evening, weekend, holidayhours as needed or assigned for fire drill observation, Administrative on-call, site visits and agency events.
Job Summary:
Responsible for oversight of day and residential services. Ensure strategic plan goals and CQL plans are implemented and achieved. Ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Ensure person-centered supports and develop collaborative teams.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED is required. Minimum seven years of administrative and progressive supervisory experience required. Minimum of three years prior experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related human services program experience required. Must demonstrate proven leadership, communication, fiscal and administrative skills. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency standards and reliable transportation
