Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements
Perform routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs
Identify and troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, fixturing, programming, or material
Maintain accurate production records, inspection logs, and work order documentation
Follow all shop safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA standards
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet delivery schedules and quality goals
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency operating CNC mills and/or lathes (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar controls)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T callouts
Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
Solid understanding of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining best practices
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills for reviewing work orders and documentation
Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision components
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) specifications
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job
