As a Field Service Engineer, you will become part of a team of 8 technicians who ensure our customers' analysis quality. You will be our customers' trusted partner, which is why communication and credibility are extremely important for the role. After completing training, you will contribute to the start-up of new instrumentation, troubleshooting and repair, as well as the execution of preventive maintenance so that the analysis quality is always top-notch.

The position offers a flexible working day with a good mix of indoor and outdoor tasks.

A typical working day as a Field Service Engineer:

• You will drive to our customers, mainly in Central Jutland, in your company service car.
• Your working day will usually start and end at your home address.
• You will perform preventive maintenance on our process and lab instruments.
• You will document in the form of service reports, closing tasks, and ordering spare parts on our CRM tool ServiceMax via iPad and PC.
• You will be in contact with colleagues from the sales team, where you will provide recommendations for service contracts, instrumentation, and new projects.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience with electricity and/or chemistry is an advantage. You may have a background as an electrician, fine mechanic, laboratory technician.
• Travel activity up to 30 days annually should be expected.
• Driving license for ordinary passenger car (category B).
• Residing in Denmark - Central Jutland region.
• Fluent Danish speaker.
• English at user level.
