Grow with us and join the outstanding team as a Solution Engineer reporting to the Solutions Engineering Lead.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with commercial, product, and engineering teams to develop technical solutions
• Conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and technical needs assessments
• Support client onboarding and customization processes
• Provide technical client support and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with product and software development teams during product development
• Propose product improvements based on client feedback
• Maintain current industry technical knowledge
• Update technical documentation
• Manage work records through ticketing systems
• Support technical specifications for process units and software integration

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bioengineering, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental)
• Minimum 8 years' water and wastewater engineering design experience
• Fluent English
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Technical Competencies:

• Client engagement and support experience
• Process engineering design expertise
• Technical documentation skills
