Key Responsibilities
Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and drivers.
Lead service quality, guest experience, and maintain store cleanliness.
Establish a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales to support growth.
Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
Create and execute local marketing initiatives.
Drive in-store recognition programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
Able to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts from Thursday to Sunday.
Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset.
Strong hospitality mindset with exceptional guest service skills.
Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and ATS experience.
Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
