Pricing Expert

What success looks like in this role:

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Expert to lead pricing strategy and commercial modeling for complex, global IT services deals. This role will partner closely with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Finance teams to develop competitive, value-driven pricing that maximizes profitability while aligning with client outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, deep knowledge of IT commercial models, and a high degree of AI fluency, leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance pricing effectiveness and speed.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead pricing for large, complex IT services deals

- Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned to client value and market benchmarks

- Build financial models covering cost, revenue, and profitability

- Design and apply pricing models (fixed, T&M, subscription, outcome-based)

- Translate solutions into quantified business value

- Leverage AI and analytics to improve pricing insights and automation

- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance stakeholders

- Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement

Key Skills

- Advanced financial modelling (Excel)

- Strong understanding of cost drivers and pricing levers

- AI literacy and ability to leverage automation tools
