About the Role

Director of Business Development - Digital Solutions

Our client is looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead the expansion of our Digital, Talent, and AI capabilities.

In this pivotal role, you'll not only lead strategic sales efforts but also shape the future of our clients offerings, working alongside forward-thinking teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower their clients and fuel our growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Craft and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Forge and nurture trust-based partnerships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored Digital Solutions and IT Talent strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Leveraging your network, you will identify projects where we can add value and solve our clients problems.
Who You Are:
  • An experienced sales leader with a proven ability to close multi-million-dollar deals.
  • You have significant experience selling for system integrators.
  • Excited about wearing many hats - lead gen, RFP, collaborating with the solutions team.
  • A strategic thinker with an understanding of market dynamics.
  • A strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Willing to travel (up to 25% or more).
  • You work with Boomi, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, and other data-centric integrators. Not working for these companies, but other systems integrators who deal with these or other data-centric solutions.
  • You don't need to be a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), but you possess the technical knowledge to effectively communicate with technology leaders and decision makers and translate project requirements.
