About the Role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing
Shift: 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Pay: Up to $34 per hour

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night-shift clinical team.

As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive rehabilitation and long-term care environment. The ideal candidate is committed to resident-centered care, communicates effectively, and works well as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical team members

  • Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team

  • Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants as assigned

  • Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures

  • Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable nursing regulations

  • Respond appropriately to resident needs and clinical emergencies

  • Participate in care planning, shift reports, and quality-improvement initiatives

  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

  • Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred

  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, as required

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

  • Dependable, professional, and committed to teamwork

  • Availability to work the 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. night shift

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Compensation

  • Up to $34 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other applicable factors
