About the Role
Proactive BDR Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive BDR to generate and qualify leads within the higher education sector. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by building pipeline through outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect colleges/universities for IT services opportunities
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for sales leaders
Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline activities
Research market trends and target accounts
Required Experience:
2–6 years in BDR/inside sales roles
Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or EdTech
Strong communication and prospecting skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with higher education ecosystem
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Self-driven and target-oriented
