About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US based, HSE Manager to take full ownership of health, safety and environmental on a large-scale Data Centre project worth circa $200 M + outside of Indianapolis.
This is a key leadership role where you will drive strategy, influence culture and ensure best-in-class safety standards across complex, fast-paced DATA CENTER Projects.
The growth and workload across the US for this client is VAST so there is a huge career opportunity on offer for the right person.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the project-wide EHS strategy and management systems.
Ensure full compliance with US & International legislation, directives and industry standards.
Provide leadership and direction to site-based EHS teams, including Advisors and Officers.
Partner with Project Directors and senior stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture
Oversee risk management processes including RAMS review, permits to work and high-risk activity planning.
Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage client and external stakeholder relationships in relation to HSE compliance and audits.
What we need
Extensive experience in an EHS leadership role within construction projects specifically Mega Watt Data Centers. You will have exposure to the full array from CSA, MEP & Commissioning phases
NEBOSH
Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering or similar.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
Prior US experience in this field for a PMC or General Contractor physically building the facility

Up to $215,000 Per Annum
Car or Car Allowance
