About the Role
NRECA International seeks a Senior Human Resources executive to align HR with strategic goals, lead the HR team across development, compensation and benefits, and drive organizational health. Requires 15+ years in HR, five years in management, SPHR/CEBS preferred. This on-site role is based in Arlington, VA with travel to conferences and offices as needed.
