ANDRITZ Metals USA is seeking a high-impact National Sales Director – Mill Aftermarket to lead sales and customer development across North America's steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metal mills.This role will be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing a team of Regional Sales Managers focused on mills and processing line customers.The individual will work closely with Product Management to drive revenue growth across spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, maintenance services, and strategic service agreements in mills.
The role will lead efforts to grow key accounts, penetrate new mills, and promote ANDRITZ as the preferred aftermarket partner for plant reliability and performance.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus). Minimum 10 years of industrial sales experience, including 5+ years leading sales teams. Experience working with metal-producing mills (steel, aluminum, or non-ferrous). Proven success selling aftermarket solutions such as spare parts, retrofits, rebuilds, or service contracts. Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning capabilities. Experience with key account management and enterprise-level selling. Data-driven and CRM-proficient; strong reporting and forecasting abilities. Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
