Insight Global is looking for a hands-on automation engineers who can design, build, and scale automation frameworks that validate complete customer ordering workflows - from mobile app and web ordering portals all the way through POS and store integrations.The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with deep QA automation expertise across mobile (iOS/Android), web, and device-integrated systems.QSR or retail technology background is a strong differentiator.
This candidate will be responsible to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for mobile applications (iOS & Android), websites and ordering portals, and POS workflows.Build and scale mobile automation test suites using Appium.Develop web automation using Playwright or Selenium.Automate POS ordering workflows and store integrations end-to-end.Create API automation tests for backend services.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Maintain automation stability, reliability, and execution speed across all platforms.Collaborate with developers, product teams, and DevOps engineers on test strategy and design.
