About the Role

Remote Recruiter - High Volume Supply Chain/Manufacturing Nevada, CA

Johnson Service Group (JSG) has partnered with a high-growth client and is actively seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across supply chain and manufacturing functions. This position is remote 5 days per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy owning the full recruiting lifecycle, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact. Payrate $40-$45 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing, operations, supply chain and other roles including hourly and professional positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals
  • Utilize Workday (or similar ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure an efficient hiring process
  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent
  • Analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs, dashboards) to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding

Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate and staffing environments
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environments
  • Core competencies: strategic talent planning with a sense of urgency, results-driven and proactive mindset, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
