About the Role
Remote Recruiter - High Volume Supply Chain/Manufacturing Nevada, CA
Johnson Service Group (JSG) has partnered with a high-growth client and is actively seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across supply chain and manufacturing functions. This position is remote 5 days per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy owning the full recruiting lifecycle, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact. Payrate $40-$45 per hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing, operations, supply chain and other roles including hourly and professional positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies
Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals
Utilize Workday (or similar ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure an efficient hiring process
Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent
Analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs, dashboards) to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
Qualification:
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate and staffing environments
Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environments
Core competencies: strategic talent planning with a sense of urgency, results-driven and proactive mindset, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
