Job Description

Nagarro is looking for a high-energy, well-connected Account Sales professional to drive strategic enterprise growth across key accounts in the DACH region and broader European markets.

In this role, you will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise organizations. By building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders, you will position Nagarro as a trusted partner for digital transformation, AI-driven innovation, and software engineering excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities ("white space") within enterprise accounts across Germany and Europe where Nagarro's services can create value
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain multi-level stakeholder relationships (IT Directors, Product Owners, Business Leaders, Executives)
  • Demand Generation: Create a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert them into tangible projects
  • Deal Leadership: Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signature, working closely with technical delivery and practice teams
  • Consultative Selling: Position Nagarro's "Fluidic Enterprise" approach to solve complex challenges in AI, Cloud Transformation, Data, and Customer Experience
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, client priorities, and competitive movements to proactively shape opportunities
Qualifications

• Enterprise Sales Experience: 10+ years in IT Services / Software Sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets

• Strong Network: Established relationships within enterprise organizations (various industries such as telecom, finance, manufacturing, retail, etc.)

• Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of Cloud, AI/ML, Microservices, DevOps, and modern digital architectures

• Communication: Native-level German and fluent English required

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently, build opportunities from scratch, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
