About the Role

The Employee Relations (ER) Investigator will work collaboratively with Fleet Human Resources Business Partners, Legal, and both onboard and shoreside Operational leaders to address complex situations and ensure investigations are conducted in a defensible manner.This involves gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, analyzing information, and producing detailed reports, and offering recommendations to ensure fair and consistent resolution of issues while adhering to Company policies and employment laws.The ER Investigator will conduct thorough oversight to ensure the full implementation of all recommendations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Certification in Human Resources; Investivations Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
