Our Go To Market team brings Guidewire's cloud platform, analytics, and AI innovations to P&C insurers around the world, helping them modernize core operations and unlock new sources of value. You will join a collaborative, data-driven sales organization focused on cross-functional alignment with Product, Professional Services, and Marketing to drive measurable customer outcomes and adoption. We work in a flexible, low-ego environment where curiosity, preparation, and customer impact guide how we win together.
In this role, you will lead net-new PricingCenter growth across LATAM, with a primary focus on Spanish speaking P&C carriers. You will own complex enterprise sales cycles for pricing transformation, underwriting modernization, and digital insurance initiatives, positioning PricingCenter as the strategic pricing platform of choice.

We believe in clarity and setting you up for success.In your first six months, you will build and execute a focused territory plan for LATAM, activate a set of priority accounts, establish C-level and actuarial relationships, and bring at least three to four strategic PricingCenter opportunities into late-stage pipeline.
You will work cross-functionally to position PricingCenter and related AI capabilities as a unified solution for pricing and underwriting transformation, directly supporting GTM's FY27 goals of making PricingCenter the leading P&C pricing software and driving measurable adoption and value across new markets and product categories.Over time, your wins will create reference customers in LATAM, influence our product roadmap, and help Guidewire further its mission to transform how P&C insurers operate in a cloud- and AI-first world.
