About the Role

Immediate need for a talented Investment Operations Specialist/Banker/Teller. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Cincinnati OH (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAPif you are interested.

Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate new account documentation is completed
  • Ensure account openings are processed timely and accurately based on client elections with critical documents being retained within systems of record, including initiation of fee billing for new accounts
  • Effectively communicate efforts, status updates, and challenges to all internal contacts, ensuring proper escalation as needed
  • Embracing technology and finding new ways to solve problems
  • As an early career position, our broader team will help you grow and develop to gain experience and understanding of our customers, product, and provided services.
  • We provide a career path that can lead to working on deals of more complexity and with increasing autonomy
  • Responsible for the opening of Investment Services accounts of various sizes established by clients for various purposes.
  • Oversees work processed by Investment Services support staff, Trust Operations and others to ensure account opening is in accordance with governing agreements, regulatory and legal requirements, and within procedural guidelines relative to new, existing and closing accounts
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills; Customer Service/ Account opening/ Banking products
  • Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to four years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry
  • Thorough knowledge of trust administration, mutual fund products, and sales
  • Thorough knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
