About the Role
Title: HR Operations Manager .
Location: Wayne, PA Position Type: Full Time
Compensation Pay Range:$133,466 Per Year
Job Description: Join our team as a Regional HR Operations Manager for North America. This full-time, hybrid position based in Wayne, PA, involves leading HR and Payroll professionals to enhance HR service delivery across the USA and Canada. The role requires hands-on leadership, operational involvement, and expertise in HR processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes, adhering to compliance requirements. Lead and mentor HR and payroll teams, fostering a culture of learning and accountability. Implement HR initiatives aligning with global strategies and optimize HR services. Establish standard operating processes to deliver consistent employee experiences. Manage vendor relationships and assess performance for high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 6 years in HR Operations with 3 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to manage multiple HR processes with accuracy and confidentiality. 5 years experience managing employee benefits programs. Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and proficiency in HR technology platforms.
