About the Role

Hi, Hope you are doing well.Title: DAM (APPRIMO) Lead Duration: Long term Contract Location: Torrence, CA ( Can be remote, candidate should work as per PST hours) Job Description: Digital Asset Management Developer (Aprimo) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Management (DAM) Developer with hands-on experience in the Aprimo platform to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level DAM solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration, workflow automation, and metadata management to optimize digital asset lifecycle and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aprimo DAM Development & Configuration
    • Customize and configure Aprimo DAM modules to meet business requirements.
    • Develop workflows, metadata schemas, and taxonomies for efficient asset organization.
  • Integration & Automation
    • Design and implement integrations between Aprimo and other enterprise systems (e.g., CMS, PIM, ERP).
    • Automate asset ingestion, transformation, and distribution processes.
  • System Maintenance & Support
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates or patches.
    • Provide technical support and training for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, copyright compliance, and security standards.
    • Implement governance policies for asset usage and lifecycle management.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, creative, and IT teams to align DAM capabilities with organizational goals.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance digital asset workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise
    • Proven experience with Aprimo DAM platform (configuration, customization, and administration).
    • Strong understanding of DAM principles, metadata standards, and taxonomy design.
    • Proficiency in APIs, scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python), and SQL for integrations.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years in DAM development or related roles.
    • Experience integrating DAM with CMS, PIM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Aprimo Marketing Operations and related modules.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based DAM solutions and SaaS environments.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, ETL processes, and workflow automation tools.
