Senior AI Business Process Engineer

Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 months C2C, GC, US Citizen is okay 5-9 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to redesign and optimize business processes for automation and AI adoption. This role combines process expertise with technical implementation to deliver scalable, AI-ready workflows aligned with enterprise data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process discovery and redesign to enable automation and AI
• Design and implement BPMN 2.0 / DMN models (Camunda 8)
• Manage backlog, prioritize initiatives, and drive delivery end-to-end
• Collaborate with business, technical teams, and vendors
• Ensure integration with enterprise systems, data models, and compliance standards
• Monitor performance using process mining/analytics tools
• Promote AI-driven process improvements and decision automation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in process engineering / BPM / optimization
• Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and process redesign
• Hands-on experience with Camunda 8 (Zeebe)
• Experience with stakeholder management, backlog, and agile delivery
• Understanding of data modeling (star schema, SCDs)
• Experience delivering automation and AI-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills bridging business and technology
• Preferred: Process mining tools (e.g., Camunda Optimize)
• AI/automation tools (RPA, NLP, ML)
• API/event-driven workflows
• SQL/data literacy
• Exposure to Java, Python, or JavaScript
