Our company is an established engineering firm based in Denver, Colorado. With over 70 years of business experience, Our company designs mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure for corporate, aviation and data center facilities. Our work continues to grow in the mission critical data center market. We are looking for engineers who have attained initial experience in electrical engineering design for commercial projects and are seeking an opportunity to engage in this exciting and challenging market.
This electrical engineering role designs power and lighting systems for data centers.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Lighting design, including lighting fixture selection, layout, circuiting, and controls for interior and exterior applications.
Power design, including layout and circuiting of receptacles, miscellaneous equipment, mechanical equipment, and completion of panel schedules.
Design of basic electrical one-line diagrams.
Performs required design calculations.
May engage in business travel for client meetings, field surveys, job sites, etc.
Exhibits familiarity with local and national building codes. Possesses a good working knowledge of applicable safety codes and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a consulting engineer
EI/EIT Certification

Salary will be based on several factors including: experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity. The pay range and benefits offered for this position is expected to be:
$75,000 - $83,000
Health care benefits, company paid holidays, Paid Time Off, 401(k)
