Mechanical / Electrical / Hvac / Facilities Generalist

We are recruiting hands-on Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC / Facilities generalists with a strong mechanical background to support long-term contractor requirements.
Typical Responsibilities
Carry out hands-on work across mechanical / facilities systems, supporting safe, reliable operations. Interpret engineering drawings to diagnose issues, plan tasks, and verify correct installation/repair. Support basic troubleshooting across HVAC / electrical interfaces as required for a multi-skilled generalist. Complete job documentation and communicate clearly in English with site teams and stakeholders. Follow site safety rules and participate in screening/compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
Multi-skill background (mechanical-heavy with exposure to electrical/HVAC/facilities). Previous contractor experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or large facilities environments. Willingness to work in the Balkans region and/or broader Central Asia pipeline locations.
Key Requirements
Mechanical systems experience and ability to read engineering drawings Strong English (mandatory) Ability to pass background checks
