Job Description Executive Opportunity BD is seeking a commercially accomplished executive to shape enterprise strategy and strengthen partnerships with leading Group Purchasing Organizations and health systems.This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence how a global MedTech leader brings clinical and economic value to customers, expands access to its portfolio, and delivers sustainable growth.As the enterprise leader for this strategic customer portfolio, you will set direction, build trusted executive relationships, guide complex commercial agreements, and mobilize leaders across the organization.
You will balance customer value, disciplined growth, risk management, and execution while developing a high-performing team in a dynamic healthcare market.
Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, MHA, or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Significant progressive leadership experience in MedTech, healthcare, strategic accounts, or national account management.
Deep knowledge of GPO and health-system business models, complex contracting, and value creation.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate sophisticated trade-offs and create sustainable value.
A record of leading high-performing teams and enterprise initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
Executive presence and credibility with senior customers and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to travel nationally as required.
