About the Role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for Solena West Miami. You will lead the community’s leasing team, drive marketing and advertising efforts, set rent pricing and concessions, and work with maintenance to maintain property standards.
You’ll monitor market conditions, develop short- and long-term plans, prepare lease documentation, and manage renewals and resident relations to hit revenue targets and occupancy goals.
