About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY

Seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards who will own the company's rewards strategy and programs end to end. Reporting to the Chief People and Communications Officer (CPCO) and sitting on the People and Communications Leadership Team, this leader runs the function, makes the calls, and brings finished recommendations forward for approval. The CPCO expects to weigh in at that point, not to manage the work.

The scope covers executive and broad-based compensation, annual and long-term incentives, equity programs, benefits, retirement, leave, and recognition across every business unit.

The business is relationship-driven, and success here depends as much on partnership as on technical skill. The business expects a Total Rewards leader who returns the call, understands how each business operates, works hand in hand with HR business partners, and designs programs that work for the managers and employees who use them. Programs should be consistent and fair across the enterprise and applied with practical judgment rather than rigid process.

Every rewards dollar is expected to earn its place. This leader will own measurable outcomes on labor and benefits cost, keep incentive and equity programs closely tied to performance and long-term value, and move with urgency.
