About the Role
Decagon is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our founding sales leadership team in New York, reporting to the VP of Sales. You will scale the enterprise team, drive revenue growth, and ensure high performance across AEs in a fully in-person setting.
You will hire, train, and develop top enterprise reps, manage forecasting and pipeline, and identify new market opportunities to expand Decagon’s footprint in the market.
