About the Role
Hiring Immediately – 1st Shift Forklift Operator / Order Picker – New Concord, OH:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for 1st Shift Forklift Operator – Order Picker jobs in New Concord, OH. As a Forklift Operator – Order Picker, you will hand pick orders, operate a forklift to transport products within a warehouse environment, and complete other general labor activities. Weekly pay starting at $16/hr.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner
Move product to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas
Pick orders for shipment and assemble merchandise to be shipped
Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight
Wrapping pallets, packing loading and shipment confirmation of customer orders
Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements:
Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required – training is available
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand for entire shift and walk throughout warehouse
