This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative organization that is experiencing significant growth. We are seeking an experienced HR leader who can serve as a business partner while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day execution of human resources operations. This role will work closely with executive leadership to build scalable people programs, strengthen organizational culture, and support a dynamic, fast-paced workforce.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the senior HR advisor to executive leadership and management teams.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Lead all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, HR operations, and organizational development.
- Oversee recruiting efforts across technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, corporate, and leadership functions.
- Guide managers through complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Manage compensation programs, benefits administration, and relationships with external vendors and brokers.
- Oversee HR compliance, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Support multi-state and international employees while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and workforce programs.
- Develop workforce analytics and reporting to support data-driven business decisions.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
- Lead and mentor HR team members while partnering with external consultants, recruiters, and service providers.
Qualifications:Required:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- 5+ years of senior HR leadership experience.
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to advise executive leadership on strategic workforce and organizational matters.
- Experience managing workplace investigations and complex employee relations issues.
- Strong communication, business partnership, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Preferred:- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar senior-level HR certification.
- Experience within technology, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, engineering, telecommunications, or other highly technical environments.
- Startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling organization experience.
- Multi-state and international HR experience.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
- Exposure to executive compensation, incentive programs, and equity compensation.
