About the Role

Senior Clinical Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a fully remote, Temp to Perm opportunity based out of Long Island, NY. Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop workforce planning strategies and identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified clinical talent.
  • Develop targeted candidate outreach campaigns utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry partnerships.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and healthcare-related positions, including nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and other patient-facing healthcare professionals
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to establish recruiting priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to recruitment workflows, processes, and systems to increase efficiency and hiring effectiveness.
  • Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline performance, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process, offering market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate feedback.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring consistent communication and a streamlined interview process.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruiting documentation.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to establish a visible and trusted recruiting presence.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare hiring requirements, and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of Recruiting experience, preferably clinical experience
  • Must have recruitment strategy and organizational development experience
Work Site: Remote Employment Type: Temp to Perm Salary: $40-44/hr
Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
