About the Role

We are hiring an HR Generalist in Grafton, WI. This is an addition to a growing HR team at a successful manufacturer. You will be focused on recruiting and employee relations amongst other HR responsibilities. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment of production employees
  • Employee Relations
  • Partnering with Supervisors to support employees
  • Implement HR initiatives and ensure Safety at the facility
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of HR experience
  • Higher education desired (Associate's or Bachelor's)
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written
