About the Role

Executive Assistant (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Scottsdale, AZ Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Executive Assistant Opportunity in Scottsdale A growing and fast-paced organization in Scottsdale is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, supporting special projects, and ensuring executive priorities stay on track. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executive leadership
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence while prioritizing urgent matters
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and business documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up activities to ensure completion
  • Organize meetings, take notes, and distribute action items
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive company information
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Support office operations and administrative processes as needed
  • Assist with special projects, research, and event planning
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams preferred
  • Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Experience
  • Experience coordinating executive calendars and travel
  • Exposure to project coordination or office management
  • Experience working in healthcare, professional services, corporate, or multi-site environments is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
