LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Indianapolis-area organization to identify a Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. This role offers hands-on involvement with financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis while working alongside experienced finance leaders.

Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
- Complete account reconciliations and research variances
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial results and prepare management reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting schedules
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with finance leadership on ad hoc projects
Qualifications- 1+ years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP system experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
