Senior Accountant Are you a detail-driven accounting professional ready to take your career to the next level? We're hiring a Senior Accountant to support a dynamic and growing healthcare organization. What You'll Do:
- Own the month-end close process: review revenues, expenses, and balance sheet accounts; post journal entries
- Approve invoices and ensure proper GL coding and authorization
- Calculate and record clinic-level bonuses and expense allocations
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) for assigned regions
- Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (AR, prepaids, accruals, rent, intercompany, etc.)
- Analyze operational metrics like visit volume, net rate per visit, and payroll ratios
What We're Looking For:
- 1-5 years of accounting experience in a multi-entity corporate environment (public accounting a plus)
- Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience
- Experience with partnership accounting or SOX compliance is a bonus
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
