About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established growth oriented Indianapolis-area firm seeking an Interim Sr Financial Reporting Manager to provide immediate support during a key transition period. This role will focus on financial reporting, audit support, compliance, and team leadership while helping maintain business continuity for quarter end. The role will start out as a contract through LHH, but could easily go permanent with the client if both parties agree.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial reporting and month-end close activities
  • Support external audit and reporting requirements
  • Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls
  • Review technical accounting matters and key estimates
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team
  • Assist with process improvements and special projects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience
  • CPA required
  • Strong technical accounting and reporting background
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
