LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established growth oriented Indianapolis-area firm seeking an Interim Sr Financial Reporting Manager to provide immediate support during a key transition period. This role will focus on financial reporting, audit support, compliance, and team leadership while helping maintain business continuity for quarter end. The role will start out as a contract through LHH, but could easily go permanent with the client if both parties agree.
Responsibilities:- Lead financial reporting and month-end close activities
- Support external audit and reporting requirements
- Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls
- Review technical accounting matters and key estimates
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team
- Assist with process improvements and special projects
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience
- CPA required
- Strong technical accounting and reporting background
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
