LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a technology and products organization seeking a Finance Manager. This position will support a North American business unit while serving as a key business partner to sales, operations, engineering, and executive leadership. The role combines financial reporting, month-end close, FP&A, commercial finance, and leadership of a small Accounts Receivable team. Open due to an internal promotion.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Approximately 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or business finance experience
- Experience supporting monthly close and financial reporting activities
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills
- Experience working with large-company reporting environments and ERP systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operational, sales, and executive stakeholders
- Power BI experience preferred
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience helpful but not required
