About the OpportunityOur client is seeking a hands-on Senior Staff Accountant to join a collaborative accounting team in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities- Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting support
- Maintain and account for fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and depreciation
- Review and support accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
- Assist with financial analysis, including flux and variance reporting
- Support continuous process improvements within the accounting function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting and reporting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to internal controls
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting processes
- Experience managing month-end close independently
- Hands-on experience with fixed assets accounting
- Ability to support and review accounts payable activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a small to mid-sized company environment preferred
- ERP system experience required; advanced Excel skills strongly preferred
- Prior variance or flux analysis experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience
